"Mother and Child" increased revenue by 22% after joining the clinics of the Expert Group

The main driver of growth in the outpatient and inpatient segments was the acquisition of the Expert Group clinics, the deal for which was announced in May 2025. The key areas of the network also showed growth: the number of deliveries increased by 10.3% year-on-year (up to 5.9 thousand) with an increase in the average bill by 12.9% (up to 628.3 thousand rubles) in Moscow and by 10.9% year-on-year (up to 248.5 thousand rubles) in the regions. The number of IVF punctures increased by 8.2% (up to 10.5 thousand) with an increase in the average bill by 8.2% (up to 323.2 thousand rubles) in Moscow and 5.9% year-on-year (up to 306.7 thousand rubles) in the regions.
The company demonstrated the greatest dynamics in the outpatient segment in the regions: revenue increased by 39.5% and amounted to 3.118 billion rubles due to the consolidation of the clinics of the Expert Group, as well as new clinics opened and acquired in 2024-2025, which had a positive impact on the dynamics of visits and the growth of IVF procedures. The second largest growth was in the revenue of outpatient clinics in Moscow and the Moscow region, which increased by a quarter - to 1.853 billion rubles. The main driver was the growth in demand for IVF procedures.
The total revenue of Mother and Child increased by 22.2% year-on-year to RUB 19.264 billion due to the growth of revenue from visits, inpatient treatment and childbirth. LFL revenue increased by 15.2% year-on-year to RUB 18.155 billion. In the hospital segment, regional hospitals showed the best dynamics, with revenue increasing by 22.9% to RUB 5.148 billion. However, the majority of cash flow is still generated by metropolitan hospitals (RUB 9.088 billion, +16.1%). The total volume of capital expenditures in the first half of 2025 amounted to RUB 1.355 billion.
Thanks to M&A, Mother and Child increased the number of outpatient visits, which increased by a third year-on-year – to 1.5 million units with an increase in the average bill by 13.6% (to 6.8 thousand rubles) in Moscow and 10% year-on-year (to 2.6 thousand rubles) in the regions.
The network of private multidisciplinary clinics of the Mother and Child Group of Companies unites 86 medical organizations, including 14 multidisciplinary hospitals and 72 outpatient clinics in 35 regions of Russia. In 2024, Mother and Child acquired the RGS-Med medical center in Syktyvkar (Komi Republic), and also opened clinics in Lipetsk , Anapa, Chelyabinsk , Moscow (in the ZILART residential complex, on Michurinsky Prospekt, in Moscow-City , the Orekhovo-Borisovo district ) and other territories.
In May 2025, the Mother and Child group of companies acquired 100% of the shares of MC Expert LLC, which owns a network of clinics that are part of the Expert Group of Companies. The transaction perimeter included 21 network points in ten regions: 3 hospitals and 18 clinics in 13 cities of Russia with a total area of 33,595 thousand square meters. The transaction amount was estimated at 8.5 billion rubles.
At the same time, Mother and Child announced the opening of a new clinic on Prospekt Mira in Moscow. The total investment in the medical center, which is located on rented premises of 209 sq. m, amounted to 44 million rubles. Financing was carried out at the expense of the Group's own funds.
In the Vademecum rating of "TOP200 private multidisciplinary clinics in Russia" for 2024, the network ranks second with revenue of 33.122 billion rubles. Revenue growth compared to the previous year was 19.9%.
